Ive recently upgraded sites to 3.6 and its worth noting to check the
"Administration > Helpdesk > HelpDesk Operators > Edit HelpDesk Operator"
settings to see the correct "Assign Department" boxes are checked otherwise logging into the Helpdesk will result in an "You are not assigned to any department" error message for some operators.
