We have fixed a bug in admin_support_reply.php after release 3.0 has been issued on February, 27.
 
Description.
There was a bug while answering customer in HelpDesk.
 
Solution.
Please download updated version of the file from here
http://www.viart.com/downloads/admin_support_reply-3.0.zip
Then extract file admin_support_reply.php into the folder 'admin' of your shop replacing existing one.
