When the user open a site first time the Viart automatically choose an english language. I made many many appempts to make the first language Russian, but I have no resuls Help help me, becourse I can not start to registrate my e-store without the correct choice of language!

Open includes/var definition and find $default_language. set it to "ru", and enjoy...
