Before adding a new topic you should firstly choose the forum to which you want to post your question or issue. Then click the New Topic link and fill the following fields:
Nickname requires a name or a nickname of a user.
In the Your E-mail Address a user should specify a correct e-mail address to which a reply to his thread will be sent.
Topic is a short description of an issue or a problem. It should consist of a few words only.
In the Message field a user describes a question or an issue. It is recommended to specify the problem as precisely as possible. Then it will be easier for a technical staff to solve the issue in a correct and fast way.
A user may wish to receive all responses to an e-mail address he specified. Then, he should check off the Send all responses to my email checkbox. Otherwise, he can leave this checkbox unchecked.
Upon filling all these fields, click the Add Topic link and your thread will be added to the forum.
There is an option to view the message before it will be posted to forum. Click on the Preview link to see how your thread will look on the forum.
Use Clear and Reset buttons to delete the text of your message and enter the new one.
