5.1.1. Create a support ticket

If there is any issue that your customers need to be solved or there is something they are unable to understand they can create a request to your support team. To do this, they should fill a special online form. Please, have a closer look at it:

Your Name field requires the name of the person creating a support ticket.

Your E-mail Address specifies the e-mail address of the client. It is an obligatory field for filling.

Indentifier is to be filled in case you want to give some unique name to a ticket.

In the Environment field you may specify the environment the client's shop is installed (for example, Unix, Linux, Windows NT, etc.).

Type field specifies the type of a support ticket. At present, there are four available types to choose from: Bug/Issue, Question, Wish/Request, Other. Select the one that describes the theme of the support ticket the best.

Online Summary is a short description of an issue or a question. Usually, it requires several words.

Description field requires a detail summary of a problem. It is important that your customers specify the problem as clearly as they can. This will help technical specialists to understand the issue and find the right decision.

When all these fields are filled, the customer can submit the request by clicking the Submit Request button and his ticket will be immediately sent to your support centre.

Alternatively, a customer can send a request to a support team from his e-mail address.
