You can estimate your customer by assigning an appropriate status to him. It is necessary if you want to distinguish the most valuable customers.
To set the status to a customer, please go to HelpDesk > Customers Ranks and click the New Customer Rank link.
Customer ID field specifies the ID of a customer for which you are going to create a rank.
In the Customer E-mail field please enter the e-mail of a customer.
Priority field allows you to select the status you want to assign to this customer. Here you have three available options: High, Normal, Low. Select the one you think fits this particular customer. Click the Add button to save the rank for this customer. You can add as many ranks as you want.
If you need to edit the status of the already existing customer, click on the edit link opposite the customer and make the necessary changes. Don't forget to click the Update button after editing the status.
