Basically what the title says. I want to allow the customer to customize their package. For instance the store will be selling Fire Alarm "Kits". There will be a couple a variations of them but when they pick a certain kit I want them to be able to customize it, like adding more control panels depending on how many floors the building has, more alarms, etc.
 
Is this even possible? I know it might not be implemented but is it possible to do with what is in the code now? Or maybe someone has already done it?
 
The customer really wants to have this on there for their site. If you are still a bit sketchy on what I'm asking here are two examples of what I mean:
