Due to the great number of customization requests, we have decided to implement the customization policy. Please, read the below customization rules carefully, before ordering the functionality:

1. Each customization project is to be paid up front unless otherwise is agreed individually.


2. We are responsible for implementing the requested functionality to the client's site when it is completed.


3. ViArt Team reserves the right to add the functionality to the standard version of the shop if we consider that the functionality is useful for all our customers.


4. If you want to have a unique functionality (for your site(s) only), then please keep in mind that the cost will be several times higher. Contact our support team for the individual quote.


5. An average term of completion is 2-4 weeks (depending on the complexity of the customization) from the date of payment. Please note: though we will make every effort to complete the functionality in the above mentioned term, the final completion date can be extended if your customization is rather complex. Moreover, we reserve the right to add the new functionality only to the nearest official release if we find it necessary.


6. As most customizations depend on other functionalities of the shop, it is highly recommended to wait for the official release in order to be sure that your requested feature is fully tested on compatibility. Usually, a new release is issued in a 3 months period.


7. We do not refund money for customizations except for the cases when we are unable to implement the requested functionality for some reason. As a rule, we make all efforts to perform the requested functionality as close to the client’s wishes as possible. However, please keep in mind that sometimes your functionality can be slightly different from the one you described since we try to tailor it to ViArt Shop platform. If you order the unique functionality, then you pay per each hour and therefore we are obliged to conduct the functionality according to your specific needs.


8. Before submitting payment, please make sure our product is what you are looking for and provide us with as more details as possible while requesting the customization. Do not submit payment until you contact our support team and receive the estimate.
