I wonder for what purpose there are duplicate options for setting up default view of html-editor.
First, on the "Control Panel"->"Settings"->"General" tab we can choose "Administrator HTML Editor".
And second, on the "Control Panel"->"Settings"->"Text Editor" tab we can choose "Default Editor".
 
Could you please explain, if these options have same sense and functionality?
 
Because, if I select any radio-button located on "General" tab, nothing happens (all of radio-button are inactive). You can see this illogical behaviour on your cms-Demo.

You are absolutely correct, this is an old setting we forgot to remove. The editor settings are taken only from 'Text Editor' tab now. We'll update the version accordingly, sorry for confusion.
