Does anyone know how to dissallow access to parts of our site based on user_type.
 
Scenario is that whilst we are building our catalogue we want to restrict access to theShop section.
I know i can disable the Menu link to the shop based on user type, but if someone types directly to go to the products.php page it will still show things.
 
So basically even if you sign up as a customer_type = Customer, we we dont them to be able to see any products

Any input would be appreciated
