Is there a way of displaying the postge cost on the page along with the item rather than showing the product weight?
I find most customers want to know the shipping price of an item rather than its weight so this would be very useful.
Also the shipping rules are good but why isn't there a way to assign a particular postage cost to an item - for example I have a special deal with my courries on certain products so even if it weight 5Kg it only cost £4.00 to send but with the current shipping rules it comes out at about £20. I really could do with being able to override the shipping rule for certain items if I wish. Can it be done?

Hello,
Unfortunately, at present we don't have such possibility, however we will probably add some kind of a shipping calculator so that customers can calculate the shipping cost per each product.

You should be able to link into the USPS or other shipping service and get a price using the weight, and zip codes.

Well, there is an easy possibility:
if user has an account (as of his country is indicated) - all goods can show the prices, when the user browses the site at least for fixed manually entered shipment costs.

Hi don't know if anyone is still viewing this but i would be interested in knowing how to get the postage costs that have been entered into the product details shipping costs field to show alongside the item price. Kami mentions this seems to be possible for an account user?? Any advice would be welcomed! Thanks Paul .PS i have nearly completed my site www.welcomerecordings.com . It would be great to show the postage for each item clearly.
