You can organize your product descriptions by using some specification groups.

There are three default specification groups shipped with ViArt Shop: General, Sizes and Accessories. However, you can add as many of them as you need.

Please go to Administration > Products > Specification Groups. Your screen should look like:

For your convenience you can sort the groups by their ID number or alphabetically (click the up and down arrows next to the corresponding column name). You can also add a new specification group (click the 'New Specification Group' link) or edit an existing one (click the corresponding 'Edit Group' link). In both cases you will see something like the following:

The fields are elegantly intuitive.

• Group Order is generated by the system and defines the position of the specification group in the drop-down menu used when adding specifications for a separate product.
• Group Name defines the name of the group.

Note: The specification groups you have just set up may be used for all products specifications. For more information see section 5.4.5.
