Hello, when ever a customer places a order they are receiving 2 emails, one of them is from the
 
User Email Notification and is styled in html
 
the other not needed and looks a mess
 
eg
 
[ Product ]
[ Price ]
[ Quantity ]
[ Total ]
[ VAT Total ]
[ Total Price Including VAT ]
 
Goods Total:
[ £99.00 ]
[ £19.80 ]
[ £118.80 ]

UK Main Land:
[ £12.00 ]
[ £2.40 ]
[ £14.40 ]
 
any ideas how this email can be stopped

ViArt has so many options to notify. It's a real strength, but I've had the same problem where I set up a notification and could not remember where in admin to change it.
 
See if it is coming from Orders Setup/Payment Systems.
