Wall Bash Say we want to communicate to the customer about an order or support issue...
 
If the customer signs on, it should display on the users homepage if they've got a new message from the support team.
 
So, if we submit a ticket on their behalf to contact them, have it display on the top of their user_home table the notification...
 
Same would work for order notes to the customer.

This feature is completely within Viart. For example:
 
If you click on a client's email address within the user listing page, it will take you to create a ticket (either html or text) and will autofill that customer's information. Then when you complete filling out the ticket, it will attach it to the "now I've renamed support center" message center.
 
Also, what i'm doing, is I'm implementing a feature where if you click on a forum post by that user, you can PM them by clicking "PM" and it will send a PM to that user's message center as well. Customer has option to hide/show availability on the "PM" function.
 
Also, next to the heading of the message center on the user's homepage it displays how many read/unread messages they have.
 
I utilize the internal email system like no other. It has been great. I can track and display to the customer all notifications/correspondance.

We need a poll to vote on the most needed features. I have a few but it seems pointless when Viart seem to be bombarded.
