Running Viart 3.6 standard on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise with PHP 5.2, MySQL 4.1, and Zend 3.3 for over a year now with no problems until last week the site went down for some reason. Tech support said something about a dns issue which they fixed and the site came back up. However ever since it came back up we have a 403 error when someone tries to add something to the cart or when someone tries to login.
It says: HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Can someone give me a clue as to where to start looking to troubleshoot where this error is coming from? I looked at most of the cart files and the directories all have 755 permissions and files have 644. Can't seem to figure out which file/folder this error is talking about.
Someone please give us a clue. They really need this site up for the holidays. Thanks.
