All of a sudden my friendly URLs are creating a problem when an item is added to the basket. Instead of the basket page coming up I get a 200 Ok page with the address bar window showing http://96.0.56.6/auto_and_biker_t-shirts.html#p10_43 the page says The document has moved here. with here underlined and it is a link to a page with the URL http://96.0.56.6/basket.php?rp=auto_and_biker_t-shirts.html
 
I have re-uploaded the user templates and the problem was solved.
