Your product looks great, but seems to be missing a manual order entry option? (For example if a customer phones in.)
Also would be a great way to track products serial numbers, so when we ship a unit to a customer, we can enter the serial numbers from the hardware for example.

We are planning to implement a Call Center functionality to one of our future releases.
As for the search by a serial number, it will be possible in our next 2.9 release.
