We are trying to get PCI compliant as requested by PayPal in order to be able to continue to accept payment for order from August. However we cannot satisfy Trustnet with certain compliance and audit matters.
 
I have asked Viart for a response on some software issues that appear to be raised by this.
 
Could I ask for other user comments on this please. Are you doing the same - do you have any problems - if you use PayPal Pro, have you resolved any issues and obtained approval?

What are the specific PCI compliance factors raised exactly with relation to the Viart application? As I'm not aware of any "new" requirements which have come into effect ...

I'd also be interested in knowing what Viart issues were raised in relation to PCI compliance.

In the end I discovered that my partner had answered some questions incorrectly.
Once I had this put right it was OK.
It shows how challenging it can be for anyone who is not savvy enough to manage online retailing these days.
