Is there any difference between actual files with the Free and Paid versions? I ask because im developing with the free version to get everything ready in a seperate directory with the intention of buying a license when im ready to install in the root over my current system. I obviously dont want to continue the configuration of the free version if everything is going to change when i buy the licensed version.
 
I also cant seem to see anywhere to imput a license number after buying the license?

The files are the same between the free and paid versions. To get the license file - you need to follow the instructions here:

Basically, after you've generated the file on the viart site. You download it and put it in your includes folder and you're ready to go.
