I like to see a simple free shipping option that is based from the orders total. For example: Anything over 149.99 gets free shipping. I see the free shipping per product option but not very useful to us. By the way thanks for adding the friendly url options in the admin forum section.

Setup a shipping method called "free delivery" then set the value to your minimum total to get free delivery- done.
Also, all other shipping methods must have the maximum value set to the same (minus say $0.01) or it wont work right.
