I met a problem, when started to get more and more Support requests: if a non registered user asks something, it is not a telephone field, so I cant call them.
 
Is it possible to implement custom fields to the ticket's page in the next release?

The possibility to create custom fields for Helpdesk page has been already created and will be added to our nearest release which is expected for the end of January.
