It is usually very important to sort the support tickets by their priorities. ViArt Shop provides you with such a possibility. There are three types of priorities available:
You may want to set the default status to one of these priorities. To do this, choose an appropriate priority type and click the Edit link. Check off the Is Default Checkbox and click the Update button. This priority type will be the default one.
You may consider it necessary to add a new priority type. Then, click the New Priority link and fill the following fields:
Is Default checkbox is checked off if you want to make this priority type a default one.
Priority Rank allows you to specify the rank you want your new priority type be shown for a customer.
Priority Name field is obligatory. Enter the name for your new priority type here.
In the HTML Text field specify the path to an image for your type (it is optional). Be sure you use html code, like in the sample shown above.
After filling all these fields, click the Add button to save this type of priority.
