Is it just me or is the 'System Upgrade / update' link missing from the system menu in the admin section?
I've just updated to v3.5 from v3.4.2 using the auto update script and once I'd got all the files updated I tried to find the update page so that I could upgrade the database to v3.5 but it isn't listed in my system menu anymore!!
In the end I had to manually enter the URL www.mystore.co.uk/admin/admin_update.php to get to the page. Once there I was able to upgrade the database ok but where's the link gone?
By the way, after an hour of waiting the auto script still hasn't send me a confirmation email to say that it's finished.
click on the admin type that you want to modify, and search for permission to upgrade and check it, you'll be fine. Along with 3.5+ comes with the option to deny this priviledge to certain admins.
