Sometimes you might need to look through or even edit customer login details. In such a case you will have to go to Administration > Customers, locate the customer you need and click the corresponding 'Login Details' link. Your screen should like the following:

Note: In case you have enabled password encryption, you won't be able to see real passwords, but only their encryptions (see the picture below). You can set up the option in the 'Global Settings' section (see section 2.1). However, keep in mind that should you choose the ‘Use MD5 for encryption’ option there won't be any possibility to restore passwords but only to set new ones and therefore you won't be able to change the setting to 'None'. Please do choose carefully.

Actually, the fields you see are all intuitive and there should not be any difficulties with them. In order to save the changes you made click the 'Update' button. If you want to leave without saving click 'Cancel'.

Note: There is one more password-related issue - restoring forgotten passwords (see section 3.3).
