No doubt that statistics are an essential part of any management. This is true for e-commerce shop as well.
With ViArt Shop you can quickly see your orders statistics if you go to Administration > Sales Orders and
look at the upper right section of the page.
Note: For more detailed statistics see section 6.6.
The stats table allows reviewing information about the orders placed at your site. You can sort the orders by timescale or by statuses. By default the timescale groups the orders that have been placed today, yesterday, during last 7 days or the current month. The horizontal grouping is presented by order statuses (for more information about order statuses see section 4.4).
One of the specific features ViArt Shop statistics is that you can apply both horizontal and vertical sorting at a time. In other words, you can quickly show orders with a specific status for a specific period of time. To do this you have to click the cell at the intersection of the required row and column.
The orders will be shown in the 'Order Maintenance' block below.
Note: The same results can be obtained by applying certain search criteria. For more information about searching orders see section 6.2.
