Ability for admin to define a customer as exempt from tax. Maybe the customer could also define themselves as exempt from tax, but they have to supply a federal tax id number or FIN. This would apply for resellers who are not required to pay US taxes on items they intend to resell.

I asked for this same feature back in February of this year, and they said they would add it to their 'to do' list for possible inclusion in a future release. It doesn't appear that they've done so yet.
