Description
When SMTP settings are activated there is a possibility that administrator would not receive a notification set up in Payment Systems > Final Checkout Page.
 
Solution

Extract 'block_checkout_final.php' into 'blocks' folder of your shop replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
