The Tax for Delivery methods were displayed and calculated even though an option 'Tax Free' was selected for a user type or for an individual user.

Solution
We would recommend you to download an updated version of the file from the link below. Further, extract the above mentioned files into the 'blocks' and 'js' folders correspondingly replacing existing ones. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the current files in case something goes wrong.
