Description
Due to new multi-shipping logic Shipping Cost is not exported.
Solution
We've added 3 new fields to export this information:
Shipping Cost (Price excl. tax)
Shipping Tax
Shipping Cost (Price incl. tax)

Extract 'admin_table_orders.php' in 'admin' folder of your shop replacing existing files. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
