* The call is maid by a client, support managers don't give callbacks. The phone call can last no more than 30 minutes. Money for unused time is not refunded. Each new call requires a $50 fee. The call should be scheduled and confirmed with a support manager by email at a comfortable for both parties time. All unpaid calls are not accepted.
