price is always £0

all of my items have a price of £0 and i dont know whats wrong , i have checked evrything, e.g, default currency etc, and everything seems ok,
Any body have any ideas?!?!?!

You must fill Exchange Rate in Administration - Static Tables - Currencies - Edit Currency
