Hello,
Currently ViArt shop supports two shipping modules for worldwide
delivery: UPS and FedEx. In order to set them up you have to obtain
appropriate accounts and setting details. Please arrange this at
Administration > Shipping Modules, you will find some instructions there
as well. If these are unsuitable for you, you can easily set up a custom
module with any options you like.

Well . I cant figure this on out ! I tried with a fixed rate
but its not added on the checkout page .
