Hi, the main changes are:
- totally new forum (multi-level structure; ability to set up images and
descriptions)
- WYSIWYG HTML Editor (for articles editing )
- Messages Editor (now you can edit messages your customers get while
surfing your site)
- Knowledge base (you can add common issues here and put them on the
site) Some more:
- Check for active payment systems before submitting order
- Add to Knowledge base function
- Add block_name and block_notes fields for custom blocks
- Multi-level menu functionality
- Formatting helpdesk messages
- Show products from the bottom subcategories if appropriative option
selected for parent category
- Fix problems with users import
- Allow to view/edit customer login details via admin panel
- Allow to add ranks for helpdesk customers
