In the next release it would be good to be able to adjust PRODUCT quantities where a partial refund has been issued - such as short stock problems or refunds for damages.
 
If a customer orders and pays for 3 widgets and we can only deliver two, we issue a refund for one widget.
 
I can mark all three as refunded and update my report and the client's Bonus Points, but I cannot reduct the quantity to 2 and have the required report and points adjustment - and the customer also has an incorrect personal record when reviewing their own account.

This is the exact situation i get in.
 
Sometimes one of the product from the order is "Out of Stock" , so i have to refund the amount as Partial refund.

I put this in a support ticket. The response from Anjula was:

Most probably we will update the next release with the possibility to recalculate bonus points if some changes were done in the orders items, like quantity changes, bonus amount changes. So far we advise you to manually adjust the bonus amount in the user points balance.
