You may find it necessary to have some reports on the support tickets. With ViArt HelpDesk you can easily view the status of support tickets, namely, how many tickets were answered, how many tickets are awaiting response, how many tickets were closed, etc.

To view the statistics for some period you may select the date from the available calendar or enter the necessary date manually. Then click the Filter link and the statistics for this period will be shown. If you want to change the period for statistics data, click the Clear button and enter the new dates.
