Is there a way to reverse the Two Column layout so that the larger column content is on the left and the smaller side content is on the right?

To answer my own question......
I can utilize the "Hot Layout" and emulate a 2 column layout with main content on the left, and a sidebar on the right.
However there is a Layout_Right template found in the User Templates that may serve the same purpose. It is not set up to work with any of the CSS styles provided, could you provide the settings to make that template function?
