Viart Shop

As time goes by there will be more and more orders and you will surely need a good search tool. With ViArt Shop you can search orders as well as filter them.

Please go to Administration > Sales Orders. There are a few search fields in the upper left part of the page (see the picture on the right):

• Order No
• Name, E-mail
• Keyword
• From Date
• End Date
• Status
• Ship to Country

Here are a few things to keep in mind when searching orders:

• When using the 'Keyword' field, the system will search for its value in the product name, its options and delivery method.
• In order to widen the search, you can use the %. However, the option is valid only for the 'Name, E-mail' and 'Keyword' fields.
• The 'Status' and 'Ship to Country' fields are presented in the form of a list box; the values are set up un the 'Static tables' section (see section 12.3).
• You can tell the system to search through all orders, exported and non-exported ones by clicking the corresponding radio button. For more information about exporting orders see section 6.3.
• All fields are non-obligatory. You can combine them all or use separately to satisfy your requirements.
