Can viart multisite option have :
 
separate metod of payment for each store ?

Yes - look at Payment Systems > edit system (for the payment type) - click [sites] to specify which site[s] to allocate the ppayment method.

think add (duplicate) the payment metod and rename for identifier to 1 2 3 ? exact ?

Yes, you would just have to copy the payment type php file, and rename. Then duplicate the method inside the system to use that new file. Then it will allow it to work.
