With ViArt Shop you can set up prices taking into account the number of products purchased as well as the product options.

In order to set this up please go to Administration > Shopping Cart > Products & Categories > your category > your product > Prices. Your screen should look like the following:

In order to set up a special price you have to fill out the following fields:

• Active enables/disables the price.
• Min Qty and Max Qty specify the minimum and maximum quantity of products a customer should buy to get the price.
• Individual Price is the price per product.
• Options Discount (%) specifies the discount for product options (in case they have an extra charge).

Note: The discount will be applied to default options (see section 5.4.4) as well as to product type options (see details).

• User Type defines the customers the price will be available for. You can group your customers and set discounts by their types. For more information see details.

Note: You can set discounts for individual customers as well. For more information see section 8.1.1.

• Discount Settings tell the system how to calculate the total order price:
• Don't use the price if user/group discount is available. If there is an individual customer discount or a user type discount available, the system will use the initial price of the product (shown at the bottom of the block) and take into account both the option discount and the user/group discount.
• Don't apply user/group discount to the price. The system will use the indicated individual price and take into account only the option discount.
• Apply user/group discount to the price. The system will use the indicated individual price and take into account both the option discount and the user/group discount.

Click the 'Delete' button in order to delete a price; click the 'Add' button in order to add some more.
