For Support Desk Ticket replies waiting to be viewed. I'd like to have a button to send an email reminder to the originator that they have a reply waiting.
 
I get many tickets that show not viewed after writing replies and I'd like the users to either close the ticket if possible or read the reply I wrote, etc..
