I'm trying to upload an image on a new install of the latest free version and when I go to upload any image type, gif, jpg, png, etc. it always tells me "This type of file is not allowed."

Even their technical support not sure how to solve this issue. A bit disappointed.

Could it be that this is a server issue? A little more detail might help such as hosting company, operating system, php and database used.

I installed the purchased Standard version and the free trial version in the same server. This problem exists only in the Standard version, while there is NO such problem in the free trial version. Thus, I guess it shouldn't be the server problem.

The support fixed the issue after reupload some file to my server in binary mode, you can contact the technical support for this issue.

I have the same problem, cannot upload a jpg, did they say which file to re-upload?
