Content Management System
 Viart CMS is a tool that enables you to customize the look and feel of your store; to make your site unique and publish any information that you wish.
With the help of Viart CMS you can change the web site layout on fly. There are nine default schemes at your disposal, or you can create one of your own. It is possible to move page blocks as you like, create custom blocks and custom pages to make your store as user-friendly as you require.
Thanks to Viart CMS you can create your own internet-portal. Fill your site with different articles, news, events, and even an image gallery! In order to survey customs opinions, you're welcome to conduct polls that will be interesting for both you as an owner and your customers.
Another feature of Viart CMS is banner management. With this feature you can place any information in the form of 'banners' such as links to hot offers or, to other sites you own. You may even wish to sell this space to other web-masters.
HelpDesk Support
Nobody will argue that customer support is a very important part of any business, especially e-commerce. We do understand this and that is why we have developed our hugeHelpDesk system.
HelpDesk moduleis an integrated Viart product devoted to make relationships with your customers as smooth as possible. With HelpDesk you can easily track all support requests, view ticket history and use predefined replies. If a problem described should be solved by another person you can re-assign the ticket to him/her. For your convenience you may create an unlimited number of departments and managers responsible for this or that issue or product. In addition, with users ranks you have the possibility to set high priority for your user and all his/her requests will appear with an exclamation mark. Moreover, priorities can be set not only for customers but for individual requests as well (e.g. immediate reply is needed). Various support ticket types and statuses will help you distinguish them at first glance, and if required, full ticket statistics are available.
Classified ads
In order to make your site not only an online store but a real portal where people can communicate with each other, you can use the classified ads feature. This feature enables your customers to post their ads on your site or send links to their friends. By setting up different ad types and specification groups it is possible to guide your users in keeping ads in order. It is you who decides the security of the ads posted; it is you who chooses whether you wish to moderate ads or not.
