I have FTP'd the ViArt shop to the host.
 
Now I am trying to install the Zend application, but the downloads only allow for installation on my computer.
 
I use network solutions to host.
 
How do i install this to the server?
 
Am I missing something?

You need root admin permissions to install Zend, if you are using a hosted company you will not have this access.
Please contact your hosting company and enquire if they would install this for you, it is a free piece of software.

FYI for anyone else having the same issue.
 
My client is hosting with Network Solutions. After going back and forth with them for two weeks, they finally said they don't support Zend.
 
I am sure just about any other hosting company would support it otherwise.

In my mind this is just a way of getting customers to use your hosting service. I wished I had known this before I uploaded it to the server!
