I have a fresh installation on another site using the latest 3.4.7 version. All went fine in the installation and I entered a few sample items, except that for some reason the images for the site map and sidebar category navigation were not appearing. (tree_line.gif etc)
 
So I decided to upload the files again in case something went screwy. The images still don't appear, but I have a new problem. The product list pages for the categories where I entered sample data have an error at the top:
 
Notice: Undefined index: components_reward_credits in /home/domain/public_html/blocks/block_products_list.php on line 645
 
Line 645 of this file says:
$components_reward_credits = $properties["components_reward_credits"];
 
I'm really confused because that error wasn't there before I decided to reload the files.
 
Has anyone experienced either of the problems above? The missing tree images, or the error?

Ok, the error message is fixed but I still don't have images in my tree.

Are you using the Classic skin by any chance? Im using that myself and while the images appear in the demo for that skin and others actually, they wont appear on my site. The response so far from support has been to change the skin to Default but had i wanted to use that skin then i would have chosen it. Sadly im still waiting for an answer as why it doesnt work on other skins

Thanks for the reply! No, we're using the Default and it doesn't work. I just ran through the layout list, though, and noticed it works on some but not the others. I also checked with my site where everything works to see if I had the same results.
 
My original site was a version 3.4.2 which has been upgraded with each new release and is currently 3.4.7. All skins work fine and no images are missing.
 
My new site is a new installation of 3.4.7 and the navigation/sitemap images are missing from:
Default
Convex
Fashion
Classic
Marine
 
Basically all of the skins that use the line type images do not work. The ones that use arrows and other bullets work fine.

I finally figured out the problem. The tree images that came with 3.4.7 are faulty. I replaced them with my images from an older version and they work fine now.
