Manuals module blocks do not work properly with language tags.
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the files:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/block_manuals-4.0.7.zip
 
Further, extract the 'block_manuals_list.php', 'block_manuals_articles.php' and 'block_manuals_article_details.php' into 'blocks' folder of your shop replacing an existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
