1 - how can change this block title "Products Latest" to read "Latest Products"? i know title blocks can be changed in system static messages but this seems to be coming from to different messages.
2 - i also need to change the wording and remove some options in my "Sort by:" for my products.
3 - Last thing. how do i create a custom block to show a shop by price option. I know how to create a custom block but i do not know how to link them properly. example below.
Shop by Price
Under $50 $50 - $100 $100 - $150 $150 - $200 Over $200

1 System>System Static Messages>Messages - - -edit as needed
... or edit the file: Messages ... [lang] ... messages.php
2 File: Templates>User>block_products_list.html - line 38

1- does not work either way. The title Products Latest are two different messages. Just by editing either one does not help me. I need to reorder it,which i do not know how to do.
2- partitally done Tk you. I removed the ones i did not want there, however when i try to edit the wording in the other ones they just disappear.

to clarify number 2.
my products are listed with the discount option. so it visually says "our price". this is what i need to use as a sort option.

Update.
In case anyone needs this. I figured out how to do number 3.
do an advanced search on your site and choose only to search by the price 0-50. Copy the url. Create custom block Create text. example: "under $50.00" link this text to url.
