Brief
We have updated the 'va_functions.php' file for version 3.5.
 
Description.
There was a bug with sending emails using SMTP settings. You could have received the error, like "Mail server error, message was not sent" when sending an email to a customer.
 
Solution.
We would recommend you to download an updated version of the file from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/va_functions-3.5.zip
 
Further, extract the above mentioned file into the 'includes' folder of your shop (in the Binary mode) replacing an existing one. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.

Is this patch included in any of the updated releases of Viart? If so, can you please identify which releases include it.

Afaik its in the latest full package download the the file creation dates are regularly changed in the full download (aka. silent updates ).
