I would like to receive e-mail notifications where the sender address is the customer's.
 
I tried putting the special field name {email} in the "From" & "Reply To" fields but that does not work.
 
Is there a neat way to do this?

Can I bring this to the top again just in case anyone has a good idea?

I had this challenge also...:ranting: this is what I did:
 
Leave the "from" as WEBSITE or whatever...BUT
Under the "message" box add:
 
 
 
USER EMAIL: {user_email}
 
Request Description:
{description}
 
Reply message:
{message_text}
 
{site_url}admin/admin_support_reply.php?support_id={support_id}

My requirement is to have the customer e-mail in the "from" line so that my staff can just click reply
