I just upgraded from 3.4.1 to 3.4.5. All looks fine, but when going to admin to add or edit a product, I get this error:

Block 'credit_reward_type' doesn't exists.
When upgrading, I uploaded all the files then selected to upgrade the database from the admin global upgrade area. I also uploaded the 3.4.5 "fix" files that were in the announcement forum.

It also appears that my header disappeared. I don't get an error, it just isn't there.

Please ignore the comment about my header. An edit function here would be nice :)
But I'm still having a problem with the products and can't add or edit due to the error above.

I think, you've missed some files from messages subfolder as I can see the both message in my messages/en/cart_messages.php and I can edit product without any problems.
