I presume that I can just replace the US States with UK Counties to use this facility in shipping.

Yes - I had to go through and add all the counties manually :(

yourshopping - having done this, is there any chance of a copy of your table? I appreciate the trouble you have had to take to create it so I hope you would not mind sharing?

You would need to do a DUMP of that table... I'm not sure if we can dump that individual table however...

yourshopping - should have said, perhaps, in mySQL use EXPORT and export the file as a CSV comma delimited file to MS Excel. All I need then is the Excel File
